- Is the AI system placed on the EU market?
- Is the system used in the EU?
- Are outputs used in the EU?
- What role applies: provider, deployer, importer, distributor, product manufacturer, or GPAI model provider?

## 2. Risk Classification
- Screen Article 5 prohibited practices.
- Check Article 6 and Annex I product-safety triggers.
- Check Annex III high-risk use areas.
- Check Article 50 transparency duties.
- Record why the system is prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, or minimal-risk.

## 3. Evidence
- Technical documentation owner.
- Risk management file.
- Data governance evidence.
- Logging and recordkeeping plan.
- Human oversight policy.
- Accuracy, robustness, and cybersecurity review.
- Transparency and user disclosure text.

## 4. Review
- Assign owner and review date.
- Store counsel-review notes.
- Reassess after model, data, purpose, market, or user changes.
