Do not wait to classify systems. Article 5, Article 6, Annex I, Annex III, Article 50, and GPAI scope still need a dated decision record.
Keep Article 50 transparency copy ready for AI interaction, synthetic content, deepfake, biometric categorization, and emotion-recognition surfaces.
If high-risk signals exist, start the Annex IV technical documentation file early and update it as standards, guidance, or final simplification text changes.
Use the Omnibus watch as a planning layer, not as a reason to remove owners, controls, evidence, or launch gates.
