Cancel, withdraw, or request a refund

• Consumer withdrawal: exercises an applicable cooling-off right without requiring a reason.
• Cancel future renewal: stops the next renewal after the seller/provider matches the subscription.
• Refund review: asks the legal seller to assess a duplicate charge, billing error, non-supply, mandatory remedy, or other stated reason.

The legal seller on the hosted checkout receipt—often Dodo Payments as merchant of record—may need to process the transaction outcome. CompliClear preserves the request and routes it to the appropriate provider. Keep the confirmation reference, invoice, and acknowledgement email.

If you expressly requested service during a statutory withdrawal period, applicable law may allow a proportionate charge for service already supplied. A withdrawal right is lost only when the relevant legal conditions are satisfied. This form does not reduce any non-waivable right.
